I've been on clonazepam ever since I was 14. I'm 22 for reference. I used to abuse them pretty heavily back when I was 16-17 but ever since then I've been pretty good and took only my prescribed dose to help with my crippling anxiety and bpd (1mg in the morning and an additional mg in case of crisis) I've been having a hard time recently and my mental health has taken a fall and now I'm up to 2 mg everyday and I fear the dose is gonna keep rising. I can't really tell anyone irl as I'm ashamed and embarrassed. Just needed to get this off my chest. Hopefully things get better and I can go back to my original dose. Have a wonderful day everyone!
