Can I safely take 100mg Tramadol the day after taking 10mg Diazepam?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)
Edit: Ended up mixing 100mg Tramadol with 15mg Diazepam, some coffee to counteract the tiredness, and some weed for added euphoria - great mix. Felt like a warm blanket high
