Hi guys really needing support from the group, I’m trying to see if there is a correct guide on how to tapper Down safely from a very high dosage of Xanax, I’m quite sober well on 4 mg atm but I do take 10 to 16mg most the time if not every day, I have been taken xanax for more than 6 months aswel, which I’m well aware is abuse and is why I’m seeking help and judgement,I do have Valium and Xanax on hand to safely tapper down, I just don’t have no correct safety guides or links

I’m also on the detox waiting list but this is more than a 6 week wait, my drug and alcohol team have tried also to work with the detox withdrawal unit to make it a urgent matter but this the unfortunate situation im dealing with?
