So I’ve been on benzos specifically Kpins for 5 years with Valium/xans/ativan when ever I could get my hands on them not all the time but if they were there I’d get them sometimes all together. Me and my doctor had a small argument back in November and she dropped me, my work is seasonal so never got back into a new doc (moneys been tight) so I’ve weaned off alone she gave me 30 .5 kpins as my last script first week of November and I’m officially down to my last one. I can go about a week between doses now, so to everyone that’s came off? Do you think I’ll have much if any withdrawal symptoms at this point taking .5 a week for the last month?

Been holding on to this last one for 9 days so far feel fine I have anxiety about taking the last one and being out more then I have just my general anxiety 🤷‍♂️ but I haven’t gone more the 10 days with out a dose yet so curious if I’m in the clear or probably not…

Also side note for what it’s worth to anyone for myself at least (RSO) Rick Simpson oil has been a life saver over the last couple months for sleep at least.
