Bromazolam tincture help

I noticed in my bag of powder there was a couple black pieces. Really tiny, not much. Anyway I made 150mg tincture today and everything dissolved but like two do pieces. It looks like the black pieces. Anybody else experience any issue like this? I'm gonna assume it's some type of impurity. I used 190 proof everclear and did a hot water with hot tap water with vigorous shaking over and over again. Like I said, prob like 98-99% dissolved. Just two black tiny pieces.
