Rebound anxiety or Addicition? Will switching chems help

Usually take benzos once or twice a week maybe less and never have gone through any real withdrawals just a couple days of high anxiety at the most. Now tho it seems every time I take bromazolam I end up even more anxious the next day than I was when taking it. This makes them almost useless to me because I need to make sure I ain’t doing anything the next 24 hours to deal with the rebound. Before this I actually used them therapeutically and they helped a lot, is this only bromazolam or will it happen with every benzo I use??
