My penny piece or whatever the phrase is: benzo withdrawals are BRUTAL. Apart from the sore heads, / migraines, genuine night sweats, feeling bit and cold at the same time… the worst are the NIGHTMARES.

don’t want to scare anyone, but taking the decision to wean off benzos I was NOT prepared for the horrific, vile, vulgar, VIVID, strange dreams/nightmares. So real, makes you feel like you’ve lied awake all night for weeks/lived another FULL life for years. Those who know, KNOW. It is absolutely horrific and has been the driving force to keep me off them.

These “dreams” / (nightmares) only happened once I decided to come off them. Horrific, vivid, would NEVER have taken one if I’d known how horrific the nightmares couple get alone without ANY other symptom I would never have taken the first one
