Yes, I know benzos are dangerous and I’m not planning to use it more.

So I have ADHD but I don’t take any medications, I smoke HHC and it helps me a lot. All my life I have been a messy sleeper. I move around a lot, sometimes wake up almost on the floor, blanket and pillows on the other side of the bed and I sometimes get a really good 8 hour sleep and sleep other times I feel I haven’t slept only an hour.( I cracked my skull 4 times when I was smaller from falling off my bed asleep and hitting my head into the radiator lmao). My therapist told me it might have something to do with my ADHD.

I tried OTC sleeping meds, hydroxyzine(prescribed), melatonin an d a lot of other stuff. Nowadays I smoke weed to help me sleep.

When I’m doing a tolerance break I usually have a few mg of alprazolam on my hand because the “withdrawals” which include for me insomnia for a day or to. So now I had 4 mg. Yesterday I took 2 mg and today 2. It’s a high dose but I like to enjoy it for an hour before going to bed and then it knocks me out instantly.

But everywhere I read they say xanax is not good for sleep. I know it can make you dependant really fast and I know I have an addictive personality so I’m keeping myself away from it. But why do I have the best sleep ever on it? I have taken less, same thing, really good sleep.
