Been asked a million times Iām sure.
But - I took 0.125 Xanax at 10am, then another 0.125 at 3pm. I have a panic disorder so I take it when I fly (I still had a panic attack anyways when I landed).
Am I good to have a few beers now? Fucking hate anxiety.
