Form Breakdown (Where?)

Not the most Reddit savvy so may not know where to look on this subReddit. Is there a really good form breakdown (text and pictures/video) somewhere here with adjustments? I seem to almost have a shooting line of trap/shoulder pain every time I bench and just really pushing me away from doing it all. I’ve gone through videos and forums and haven’t found something I can implement properly. Thanks.
