One Chef, Two Chefs?

Post Body

I think Below Deck should have two chefs to split the hours. I mean it would be exhausting to prep and cook for all the meals. Like Morning and Lunch(beach lunch) vs Dinner and late night something

I would need snacks if I was hanging on a luxury yacht. I never see snacks.

please the addtional drama with sharing a space in the tiny kitchen

I've always wondered why there isn't a sous chef. That's like the main thing the contestants complain about on Top Chef - not having their sous. It seems like most professional chefs of that caliber rely on their sous chef like a doctor relies on a nurse. I get it, drama is what it's all about and space is definitely in short supply considering there are unseen crew and all of production. But lately it has seemed like these people are being set up to fail. Sure, Rachel and Ben have been able to juggle it all but the last couple seasons have 2 extra crew on camera, so I'm sure with these bigger boats there are more engineers/off camera crew. Having only one chef on the boat who has to feed the guests 7-Star meals with all their preferences AND feed the entire crew (and production? Who feeds them?) just doesn't compute.
