Two weeks ago I signed up with Bell for internet and TV. I received my equipment on Monday and set it up and I can connect but no wifi. On my PC it brings me to a bell website that says I need to log in with the user ID and password included in my modem package. I open my letter and it is BLANK BESIDE THE USER AND PASS. So Iāve called several times and been put on hold every time for long periods of time just to be told āIām sorry this makes no sense Iāve used all my tools and cannot find the username or password try calling this departmentā. Today they send a tech who after an hour tells me that the modem is messed up and I need to call bell and sign up again and NOT DISCLOSE THAT I EVER HAD AN ACCOUNT???? What is going on here this makes zero sense. For a company that charges as much as bell this is insanely disorganized and puts a bad taste in my mouth knowing that this is how my service is starting out.
