Two weeks ago I signed up with Bell for internet and TV. I received my equipment on Monday and set it up and I can connect but no wifi. On my PC it brings me to a bell website that says I need to log in with the user ID and password included in my modem package. I open my letter and it is BLANK BESIDE THE USER AND PASS. So Iā€™ve called several times and been put on hold every time for long periods of time just to be told ā€œIā€™m sorry this makes no sense Iā€™ve used all my tools and cannot find the username or password try calling this departmentā€. Today they send a tech who after an hour tells me that the modem is messed up and I need to call bell and sign up again and NOT DISCLOSE THAT I EVER HAD AN ACCOUNT???? What is going on here this makes zero sense. For a company that charges as much as bell this is insanely disorganized and puts a bad taste in my mouth knowing that this is how my service is starting out.
