EPP how to switch to another plan

Bell keeps increasing my EPP plan I pay 56 for 50gb but Iām on the epp site and see better offers like 45$ for 60gb and 55$ for 100gb can us and mex. These plans are all new activations only. Would bell change the plans for me if I call or I have to switch out? Any one have luck with changing their plans on epp?
