Long story short, I suddenly am required to be proficient in French for my job. Used to be only Dutch and English. Now, it's been 4 years since I've had to speak/write any French at all so suffice to say it's more than a little rusty.
Basically, I'd like to know what (in your opinion) the best way is, to learn French? Is it possible to learn the same way I (we all I guess) learned English? Through tv-shows with subtitles etc... Because the usual/normal studying is nice and all, but I don't think that will make me 'fluent' in a conversation, which is basically the main necessity.
Any advice would be appreciated.
