Moving back to Belgium - what are the best choices for telecommunications and energy subscriptions?

Dear all, after 4 years in Africa I am moving back to my place in Molenbeek, Brussels. What are the best choices for internet/phone/tv? I never watch tv, but Scarlet has I think the best price (wish I could take VOO, but not available in Molenbeek. Proximus offers the option not to have tv, but still more expensive than Scarlet). For mobile phone I consider taking Vikingco. And for energy I consider Lampiris for gas, Belpower for electricity. Anyone has a better advice? Comments welcome
