I'm asking here because maybe somebody else had a similar experience.
So, a Windows tablet of mine that I bought about 10 months ago from Media Markt has recently stopped working, it says it doesn't detect any battery so I have to keep it plugged in if I want to it to stay on, otherwise it shuts down.
Now, I've searched rigorously anywhere I could think of where I put my ticket, but absolutely can't find it. What I do have is a bank statement from the day I bought it. Would it be possible to bring it in just with that? Or maybe I can nonchalantly ask for a copy of the bill with the bank statement and then bring it in, if that's even possible?
Basically I'm asking if someone already dealt with Media Markt customer service before and how to handle this. If all else fails I plan on sending it directly to the manufacturer, Acer.
Thanks.
