Filing taxes for a deceased person

So obviously I am gonna call if noone knows the answer but I just thought I would try here...
My mom passed away in 2023 so this year my dad has to file her taxes separetely from his.
I have read that the SPF Finances will send "une proposition de déclaration simplifiée" for the people who passed away in 2023. Does anyone know if it's for all regions? The news article was in Le Soir so I am not sure. I would like to think that this applies for the whole country but with Belgium you never know. 😅
