Reversible electricity meter question. Can I use my leftover energy below 0 on the meter?
Post Body

We bought a house that has the infamous terugdraaiende teller. Because of our solar panels it went below zero before we bought it and dips even lower every summer. Let's say we are currently at -5000. And started at -4500. I guess these meters are being banned in 2 years, so my question is.. What with all this "leftover" energy. ? We dont get anything for injecting, so my guess is that we can safely consume all of it until it is back to 0. Am I right?

Also, the provider gets a new "meterstand" every year, so do they consider the -4500 as the new theoretical "0" ? And therefore we would get billed for going to -3000?

And how can we, in case all of this energy is too much to consume, somehow use it alternatively? Sell it? Keep it and lose the value? I don't wanna just burn it on random stuff..
