How to connect to WiFi at Capital Airport?

My octogenarian mother is visiting us and will be transiting from T3 to T2. She has arranged to have global roaming turned on her phone, but I am worried that something will go wrong with that and she won't know how to fix it as she is a bit dotty. Does anyone remember how to connect to the airport WiFi? My memory was that you need to put in your phone number, then it texts you a password, but if that's the case it's not going to work is it if her global roaming isn't working in the first place.
