Harvard selflessly offers the solution to all of USA's problems

In a recent puddle of vomit, the authors argue the solution is, of course, 500k more armed cops who they say will arrest 7,8 million more people per year. Because that is the problem, not enough incarcerated people. Not over-policing! But that you employ less police per incarcerated people.
Of course USA doesn't.
More superficial copaganda. I encourage you to look the authors' works in google scholar if you feel like you need to get angry, like if you're an actor and need to connect with a character.
