Post Body
Hit 9 miles today for a slow and steady run. I wanted to die at mile 6 but I pushed through.
This was my first long run outside in the cold (35 degrees) and I really underestimated the wind resistance. I just try to keep reminding myself that Iām going for distance, not time, and I can do hard things.

Were you racing it? I understand it was cold, but your heart rate is high enough to kill lesser mortals.
