Update#31: 10k is in 3days, and I did a 5k today

I have my first 10k event on Saturday. Last I ran was 3k on Sunday, so wanted to get some miles in me.
Didnt want to go on too long of a run, so just did 5k. Will likely take the next 2 days as rest days, maybe walk a few miles tomorrow or Friday, but no running.
And hope that the 10k goes well!
