Update#30: A small run (3k) today

I ran 10k on Thursday. Friday & Saturday were rest days, and I ran 3k today to get some miles in me. Body feels fine.
I have a 10k event (my first one) coming up on Sep 14.
I have run couple of 10k practice runs so far (including the one last Thursday) so I know I can most likely do it. I am not sure if I should do another 10k (or may be an 8k) practice run before the event? Would appreciate any advice.
