Update#5: Started July runs with my farthest yet!

I don't know if it was the best idea, as its a bit hot here today (80 with sun out).
BUT...I completed my first 6k run, and did not stop at all, even though I was wanting to give up atleast couple of times during the run, especially when the sun was right on my face.
Glad, I did not.
6k done in 45 mins, and I am feeling okay as I type this and walk back home!
I think I will survive 😂
