I saw somewheres that I should walk backwards from time to time cuz it'll help me walking forward or my runs or something idk. It's hard for me to pay attention and understand basic concepts.
Anyhoo. ...
Usually I just run. Normal jog stylez yknow. Nothing fancy. I don't think I'm even doing that right and I've made a post forever ago about that which I think is where I got sent the video about the guy suggesting walking backwards 🤔 I really don't know. Sorry.
Anyhoo numba 2...
Should I also be like... skipping? Hop running? Running sideways? Obviously not for a whole 2 miles or nothing crazy but it makes sense right? I should move my body in different ways? Are there styles of running that stretch or exercise different muscles better?
Anyhoo number 3...
Have a nice day 😁👍
