Stopped working out about 2 years ago. Recently moved and trying to get my garage in order. I still have my Marcy weight machine, Some dumbbells and a treadmill (clothes hanger).
Trying to figure out a decent m-f plan to get back into the swing of things.
Would something like strength m/w/f and cardio tu/th work?
Do I need better rest days, Iām lost lol
