Hey guys,
I’m not trying to bait or anything here, but tl;dr I use to be in great shape and now I’m so out of touch and terrified to get back into the gym. Im starting to look at the floor a lot more often because I don’t want to see my reflection.
Does anyone have a routine and diet to help me shift some weight quickly to give me a bit of confidence again? I’d rather it be weight based, I always hated cardio and that’s another struggle (did get a dog though, so I’m walking about 10k steps a day which has helped)
Thanks guys. I know a lot of the experts on here are saying “it’s not as simple as that”, and I know that from experience. But right now I just need a jump start for a month and if I can shift the chunk and see a difference I’ll be more confident in a long term structure.
Cheers guys, love you all <3
