I've had Crohn's Disease and literally no muscle my entire life. My diet is relatively poor and my energy is extremely low. What small routines can I start with?

To put it simply, I've struggled with bad diet as well as Crohn's Disease for over half my life now. I know diet is extremely important to building muscle and energy, but that's not something I can work on at the moment for a multitude of reasons.

My energy and capacity is piss poor. Im tired all the time from doing nothing, and I know exercise can help with that.

I am 135 pounds and struggle to do a push up. What is something I can do at home to start with to get better? And something to transition to after doing that for a while? Unfortunately, I don't really have money or a gym at my disposal, so I know im asking a lot.
