Recently going through a breakup and I want to start working out for my own health. For context Im an 18M 107lbs, on the slim side and Iâll be joining my friend but he already pretty much knows his routines and donât want to bother him in asking him to teach me. For references Iâm pretty scrawny (check profile to see body pics) and want to gain some muscle in my arms, build quads, glutes and abs. Donât know where or how to start and donât also want to feel judged by asking professionals since I donât fit the standard âgym bro descriptionâ. All help is appreciated, I respond to pms with more inquiries or if thereâs more questions to help me find a routine to excel in.
