Newbie at the Gym

Recently going through a breakup and I want to start working out for my own health. For context Im an 18M 107lbs, on the slim side and I’ll be joining my friend but he already pretty much knows his routines and don’t want to bother him in asking him to teach me. For references I’m pretty scrawny (check profile to see body pics) and want to gain some muscle in my arms, build quads, glutes and abs. Don’t know where or how to start and don’t also want to feel judged by asking professionals since I don’t fit the standard “gym bro description”. All help is appreciated, I respond to pms with more inquiries or if there’s more questions to help me find a routine to excel in.
