Help me with a routine

I'm currently 5'11 250, I'm currently working out an hour and a half a day while I average 16k steps daily from work, I no longer eat out and my goal is to hit 210ish by summer so I'm thinking July. I don't have a set routine yet but I'm wondering if that would help my progress
