I am 150 pounds, 5ft 10 and have been going to the gym for over a month. I haven’t really been serious about meeting protein goals or diet but I am now determined to do it. I am not sure how many calories I need to eat per day to clean bulk and not dirty bulk because I have been told that 3k is too much. I tried the tdee calculator but I couldn’t really determine the right activity level and it seemed to high. My goal is to gain good muscle and have more of an athletes body and train good core and have good abs eventually after a cut.
