Should I still eat if I'm not hungry but need to hit macros for the day?

For some context, I'll have some fast acting carbs in the morning before I workout but then when I'm done working out, sometimes I don't necessarily feel hungry. I have been eating anyway just because I need to eat to recover but I'm always conflicted because people say to "listen to your body".

The questions goes for cutting and bulking if anyone can help address both. Should I also try to eat 4x a day instead of 3x?
