Question for the experienced about getting back into the gym

Hey! I was working out every other day for about 3 months, doing 5-10 minutes of stretching, then 10-15 minutes of cardio, then 45 minutes to an hour of lifting. Then, I got injured bad and stopped exercising at all for 3 months and now Iām mostly recovered and trying to get back into it. I lost most of my gains and Iām looking for any advice on how to approach getting back into the gym. Any suggestions are appreciated, Iām open minded! Thank you!
