I did an evolt scan at the gym. My bmr is 2640 calories. My tee is 4065 calories.

Im trying to lose weight. I go to the gym on average 5 days a week and either do 1)treadmill at 2.5 incline 3.5 speed for 60 mins. Or 2) treadmill for 30 mins with some random exercises (hiit ish related) for 30 mins.

Curretly made my own calorie budget of 2750.(before this scan) Can anyone help me understand what a good calorie base is where im still getting enough to function but still losing weight (1 to 2 pounds a week).
