After neglecting my body for several years, I've recently resumed my fitness journey. I've embarked on a basic calisthenics routine to kickstart my journey to better health. However, I've encountered a challenge—I find myself lacking the strength to complete the entire routine in one go.
I'm contemplating whether spreading the workout throughout the day to achieve the target number of exercises would be beneficial. I'm curious if this approach is effective or if it might be considered a waste of time. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
