How quickly would you lose muscle and strength gains?

I’ve been in the gym consistently for 5 months. Made some great progress for myself, however the last 4 weeks, due to work and life pressures I’ve not managed to make the gym consistently. I’ve averaged once a week over that period.

I anticipate this will last another 2 weeks before I can refocus.

It may just be me, but I’m feel I’m losing muscle mass.

How long does it really take to lose muscle?
