Is it wise for an older lifter(+45) to bulk?
Post Body
Curious as we get older men tend to put weight on easier and I’m wondering how easy it would be to cut after a bulk. Is bulking just asking for trouble?

Thank you. Always been tall and slim, middle age filled me out a little bit I’ve never be called overweight. 3months into a well structured lifting plan, 3 times a week, eating well with supplements, has seen weight increase, strength increase but also noted more of a ‘belly’ which is where any weight I do put on usually goes. 6’3” 86kg, body fat est. at 20%.
