A bald faced hornet hast nested NYC

A queen has nested outdside my bedroom window. The window is innopriable and will never open. My partner is afraid. This Queen has made a golfball soze nesting pod so far. Is there any eco benefit to hornets. Im sorry in a way to post this to a bees reddit but other hornet port are about sports. I dont want it destroyed because its super fascinating to see it happen between glass. Can anyone help support my case to let the hornet nest. It is on the opposite side of my innoperable window.
