Cellarmaker Batch 2000
Post Body
Batch 2000 was transferred into Weller Reserve and Blanton’s Bourbon barrels for 10 months. It was then further rested in a mix of Savage and Cooke Burning Chair Bourbon and Lip Service Rye barrels for an additional 13 months. After the oak and spirit character had increased significantly they blended their favorite 4 barrels to create this monstrous showcase of what time and wood can do to Barleywine. 17.7% ABV
