I received this e-mail because I signed up for their studies in the past (none relevant for me yet, sadly enough), and I thought this might be relevant for some people here (it's not for me, as I don't meet the criteria).

I am contacting you from People for Research. We are currently working with a client who wants to speak to people who have had to bring items into the country to use for their business or to sell. If you have done this, apply now!

We are offering a referral scheme, where you will receive an incentive if you can help us find the right people. If you can refer a suitable person, you will receive a £25 referral incentive for each relevant person you put forward. Do you know anybody that could take part? If you think you are suitable for this, please feel free to also complete the questionnaire below to be considered.

And, yeah, the referral reward is nice, for disclosure purposes. So, it's a win/win for both the referrer and the guy/girl taking the study.
