Quick question on Bank Switches

Post Body
I successfully did the Halifax one in the past (like a month or two go), and I want to keep the new account for budgeting.
I literally just created a Metro Bank account (didn't bother with their £50.00 offer for other reasons) for the aim of doing the Lloyd's £100.00 Switch, and then I'll probably do the HSBC one for their £125.00.
My questions are, if anyone would be kind enough to help me:
- Can I do the Lloyd's offer right now, or should I wait a day? I literally just opened the bank account.
- The Lloyd's offer pays out very quickly, right?
- I've heard that for the HSBC offer you can literally just bounce money in and out by doing bank transfers, to reach their requirement (e.g. £25.00 in, £25.00 transferred to Bank B, £25.00 to Bank C, then £25.00 to HSBC again to make £50.00 of the required total.
- Do PayPal transactions, in and out via bank transfer and debit-card purchases, count?
- I have two accounts with the Halifax: would using Halifax for both Banks B and C count, or would HSBC simply count them as just one bank (since they're the same brand)?
- Are there any other Switch offers out there that pay cash? Or are the other sign-ups closed at the moment?
Cheers, lads/ladies!
