Swagbucks: a Beermoney'ers Classic Staple

Free Post Sunday!

Just thought I'd plug a classic, well-known site that's made people both a lot of beermoney and made them into beermoney'ers over the years: Swagbucks.

It's a simple system: one swagbuck is a cent, and one hundred is a dollar.

There are an utter ton of ways to earn, though surveys are a staple. They sometimes have promotions that boost survey rewards too, which seems to be a relatively new thing?

So, yeah: Swagbutton, surveys, cash-back, the apps, on-site videos, off-site videos, offers, et cetera.

Some tips:

  1. If you do free trial offers, always make a spreadsheet with info on it to remind you when to cancel, et cetera. Google Docs is great for this, and it's what I personally use.
    1. Also, use Privacy.com: if a company tries to be unscrupulous and charge your card, they're shit-outta-luck. This is a good practice for cash-back options, too.
    2. Unless you're interested in the product itself and want to try it at a discount, there's no point in doing offers that need you to pay, say, a pound for like ninety swagbucks. You'd actually be losing money in that case.
  2. Always keep an up-to-date anti-virus: it's better to be safe than sorry with GPT sites, and is just a sensible practice overall. This might sound condescending, but you'd be surprised at the amount of people who go in without the digital version of a condom on the internet, heh.
  3. On sportsbook offers when it's applicable, matched bet. Seriously, this is a golden nugget. By doing this, you not only get the possible free bet from a bookie for a very low qualifying loss in the pence, but extra money from the free bet given/used and the Swagbucks sign up. (I wish I would've realized this years ago: so much potential lost!).
  4. Remember to take screenshots of sign-up offers as you do them, just in case something goes wrong or it doesn't credit when it's supposed to. Proof like this typically pushes their support to credit regardless if the offer goes through or not automatically. I guess they figure a few lost bucks for them here and there will be made up by you for them in the long-run, since SB broker these offers.
  5. Always compare offers on the various walls: some offers are the same yet pay more than competitors'. This especially rings true for mobile game offers.
  6. Create a separate e-mail address using Gmail or something, for organizational purposes.

I know I sound a bit paranoid, but it's better to be safe than sorry, right?

Here's my referral and a non-referral, since despite this being a referral thread, I like to give people the option of supporting me or not.

If you use the referral, however, you can earn an extra $3.00 free if you earn $3.00 by yourself within 30 days, which is really easy to do (heck, you can probably make this in less than a day).

Good luck, all.
