I've recently signed-up to a bunch of Survey sites (including Prolific) in the hope of making some side-cash; after reading through here and everyone's recommendations of what's worth it, plus my own limited experience with the ones I've used so far - can quickly sort of see that say FiveSurveys (first £5 on 1st day and already nearly at 2nd) is worth it...
But, I'm noticing, any time I let them know my profession (I work in advertising, but, it's more-so data analysis. I do write ads and stuff too but, it's more about data and maths than anything) - they screen me out. Obviously the surveys don't want people who work in advertising, or marketing, as they think we know certain insights or can, whatever, I don't know.
Don't know what to do as it seems like 70-80% of surveys do this. Other than lying, and saying I don't. Which, I don't really want to do, as, I need to be able to substantiate my answers legitemately all the time, I just don't think this is smart...
Anyone got any suggestions and/or experience with this too?
