Hi all, I've been looking on eBay for a cheap beermoney phone or two for game apps, and I keep seeing used Samsung J and A series phones (sometimes older S series phones too, but I know the S series phones are reliable) for relatively decent prices (~£30.00).

The Android versions are modern enough, but I'm not sure about the performance of such games due to the actual handsets' hardwares.

Does anyone have any experience with these models of phones?

I'm in the UK, so the typical phone models people suggest either aren't over here anyway or are available but only for ridiculous prices. Cheers!

Edit: Thanks for the help, everyone! After looking over the information you've all helpfully provided here, I'll look for at least a Samsung S7 phone (higher the better).
