Bing Rewards not sending me my order...?

Long time Bing Rewards user and just recently started using bots to maximize my searches. On two of my accounts I ordered something on 4/21/14 and still haven't received it yet. The accounts aren't banned or anything and I can still earn credits on them.... so far. Is it safe to assume the accounts will eventually get the banhammer?
What's everyone else's experience when Bing Rewards wouldn't send confirmation emails?
