Hey everybody. I've got a crazy idea to batch up some homebrew while on a road trip of the National Parks. Was thinking I could do brew in a bag to be able to do all grain, maybe rig up some sort of tripod pully set up to go over a bayou cooker. Still not sure how I would handle fermentation temp contol. Looking for some other nuts to suggest some options for the overall set up.
Trying to keep my equipment haul to a minimum, but I'd be willing to make an exception to keep these brews at the right temp during fermentation.
