What beers should I bring back from Germany to the US?

Post Body

So I've been living in Germany for the past 3 months and have been loving the beer here. I will be leaving to go back home in 4 days and I would like to take some German beer home with me to drink with friends/family.

Thing is, I don't want to waste precious luggage space on beers that are easily obtainable in the US. So I was thinking things like Paulaner, Weihenstephaner, Bitburger would be unnecessary to bring back.

Also, any Belgian beers that would be available at a liquor store in Germany but not in the US?

Side note: I live near Chicago in the US and am living in Hessen in Germany now.
