Keeping beer for a while?
Post Body

Hey /r/beer,

So my mom today decided to show me my christmas present that I have coming to me which happened to be a bomber of 3 Floyd's Baller Stout.

Now she decided to show it to me because she didn't want it to go bad by christmas time and ruin the beer. She had it in the fridge since she got it about 4 weeks ago.

I'm under the impression that keeping it in the fridge to legitimately enjoy at christmas time this year shouldn't do anything to the flavor if I keep it in the fridge right? Also, if it's been in the fridge for that long, I wouldn't be able to take it out and age it would I? I'm not exactly sure how that works.
