...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM TO NOON
PST WEDNESDAY...
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 4
inches, mainly above 500 feet. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...In Washington, Greater Vancouver Area. In Oregon,
Greater Portland Metro Area.
* WHEN...From 4 AM to noon PST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Accumulating snow is expected primarily
in the hills above 500 to 1000 feet, particularly west of the
Willamette River and near the Columbia Gorge. Snow levels are
expected to rise above 1500 to 2000 feet Wednesday afternoon.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Slow down and use caution while traveling.
