Street Racing and Loud Mufflers in Beaverton, Aloha and Hillsboro

Has anyone else noticed the surge in street racing and loud, unmuffled cars in Beaverton recently? I’ve lived here since the mid-1990s and have never experienced anything like this before. From about 8 PM to 2 AM, it’s nearly non-stop noise, especially if you draw a line from Washington Square Mall to Cedar Hills and over to 185th. At TV Highway and 185th seems the worst.
Are you hearing or witnessing this too? If so, where and at what times?
